This privacy policy describes how Glencliff Labs, LLC and its affiliates (“Company”, “we”, “us,” “our”) collects and processes your personal information for our own purposes when you interact with Company and our websites, apps, services, content and any related software and applications (collectively, “Service” or “Services”).
When you access or use our Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Notice and understand its contents. Your use of our Services and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Notice.
1. Personal Information We Collect
When you interact with our Service, we collect information from you that may constitute “personal data” under applicable data privacy laws (“Personal Data”), as follows:
- Account information: When you sign up, some information is required to create an account on our Service, such as your name and email address.
- Usage data: interactions such as favorites saved. This data is linked to your account to improve the app experience.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, and performance data collected automatically to help us identify and fix problems.
- Map interactions: when you use the map, interactions such as panning and zooming may be collected by our mapping provider under their own privacy policy.
We do not collect precise location data, photos, contacts, or any data from device sensors.

3. How We Share And Disclose Personal Data

Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process or store Personal Data in the course of performing their duties to us.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or a portion of our assets, or transition of our Service to another provider, your Personal Data may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction along with other assets.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We also do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
4. Security
We take commercially reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Data. No system is 100% secure. You use the app at your own risk. We do not guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss will never occur.
5. Retention & Deletion
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
If you delete your account, we will promptly delete your personal data from our systems, including favorites, unless we are required to retain it for a legitimate purpose or by law.
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- A record of your acceptance of our terms, disclaimer, and privacy policy (including your email address, name, Apple identifier and the date of acceptance)
- Error logs processed by our error monitoring provider that may contain technical identifiers
- Anonymized analytics and map interaction data processed by third-party providers
6. Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided Personal Data, we will take steps to delete that Personal Data as required by applicable law.
8. International Users
We are based in the United States. Some of our vendors and service providers may also be located in the United States or another country. As such, any processing of your Personal Data may involve an export of your Personal Data outside of your country of residence, including to countries which may have data protection laws that are less stringent than the laws in the country where you are located. If you use this app outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. By using the Website, App or Service, you consent to this transfer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting such changed or updated Terms on this page, and indicate the date these terms were last revised. We may also provide notice of such changes through the Services’ user interface, in an email notification or through other reasonable means.
10. Governing Law & Venue
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to their conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved as set forth in our Terms of Service.
